My name is Nathalie (the h is silent… I know, weird.) Why do I do what I do? Well… During my journey to a healthier, happier me, I realized early on that I love helping people, and with time it became clearer that it was because I love watching people grow into better versions of themselves. I found that I can better help my people by incorporating mindset training in addition to physical movement. With bachelor degrees in Kinesiology, Dietetics, and Psychology, and with personal experience, I have learned a lot about the body and how it works, but the soul is the most important part of each of us. When I coach, I am not only coaching movement, but I am also coaching mental clarity as well as healing of the soul and body. As someone that has benefitted from this, I know it is an important part of health. If you can truly be happy with yourself, love yourself, and accept yourself, then you have won the Game of Life.

My name is Jazlyn. I’m a Tucson native and love the desert heat. I landed in the field of bodywork because I have witnessed how profound it can be as an aid in healing. In my opinion, each of our bodies is capable of healing itself, but most of us have estranged ourselves from this power due to environmental factors such as trauma, sedentary lifestyle, eating poorly, and thriving on stress. I aim to provide a safe space with loving hands to remind the body what it was innately designed to do and encourage healing using a variety of modalities.
